The Board of Mercer County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the construction of Franklin Street Improvements in Rockford, Mercer County. Sealed bids must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on April 25, 2024 to the Office of the Mercer County Commissioners. The bid notice can be obtained by clicking Franklin St. Bid.
