The Board of Mercer County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for resurfacing of various county and township roads in Mercer County. Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on May 16, 2024 to the Office of the Mercer County Commissioners. The bid notice can be obtained by clicking Resurfacing Bid.
Proposals will be received on an on-going basis by the Mercer County Commissioners to provide services and supply procurement cards pursuant to the county’s policy and O.R.C. Section 301.29. For more information, click here.

Monday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
