• Disability Insurance
• Life Insurance
• Accident Insurance
• Critical Care with Cancer

The aforementioned supplemental polices are post-tax, payroll deductions.

You may enroll within these policies within the first 30 days of employment or during the open enrollment period.   The only time you may cancel the supplemental policies is during open enrollment.  The open enrollment period is generally held in November of each year.
