Magistrate for Mercer County Common Pleas Court
Deborah L. Drexler is the magistrate for general and domestic relations divisions of Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
Magistrate Drexler is a 1975 graduate of Memorial High School in St. Marys, Ohio. She graduated with honors in 1978 from Ohio Northern University in Business Administration and obtained her juris doctorate from Ohio Northern Petit College of Law.
Magistrate Drexler is a frequent presenter to attorneys, magistrates, and judges primarily on topics relating to Domestic Relations and Ethics. She has been on the faculty for Ohio Supreme Court Judicial College since April 1997 and has been a faculty member for the National Judicial College since 2003.
Magistrate Drexler currently serves on the Board of the Ohio Association of Magistrates and on the Ohio Judicial Conference Domestic Relations Law and Procedure Committee. Magistrate Drexler was appointed by the Supreme Court to serve on the Domestic Relations Curriculum Committee to design curriculum for judges and magistrates.
Magistrate Drexler is a member of Mercer County, Allen County, and Ohio State Bar Associations as well as the Domestic Relations Judges Association. She is active in civic and charitable organizations and has received several volunteerism awards.
Magistrate Drexler has been married for 40 years to her husband Steve, and they have four children, Adam, Sydney, Alyssa, and Colten.

Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Offices is closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch each day.
