MITIGATION: Actions taken before a disaster to minimize loss of life and damage to property.
RESPONSE: Coordinate response activities of multiple agencies during a disaster.
RECOVERY: Coordinate local, state, and federal agencies to facilitate return to pre-disaster status. |
