dog and kennel licenses are available December 1, 2008. Applications
for
Registrations must be filed by January 31, 2009. There is a late
penalty fee
equal to the registration fee.
STATE LAW REQUIRES THAT ALL DOGS MUST BE LICENSED BY THE TIME THEY
BECOME THREE
MONTHS OF AGE.
If you obtain
a dog after January 31, the law requires its registration within thirty
(30)
days of your becoming the owner. The
late registration fee is double the original license fee ($26.00).
